Stimulation of the surface fascia with the BLACKROLL® NEEDLEROLLER prepares the tissue perfectly for myofascial self-massage. The nerve endings in the skin and upper layers of the fascia are stimulated. For chronic pain, the cycle of pain can be broken and the tissue prepared for subsequent treatment. The smaller BLACKROLL® tools, the BALL 08, the MINI fascia roll, and the DUOBALL 08, can easily be combined with the BLACKROLL® BLOCK to make the myofascial self-massage even deeper and more effective.
