With the BLACKROLL® MINI, two conventional 30 cm BLACKROLL® massage rollers can be combined into a single long roller with a 60 cm support surface. It is easiest to connect the rollers by rubbing a few drops of oil or water into the ends of the MINI and then twisting it into the larger rollers. This permits the support surface to be maximized, for example, for self-massage of the back. This optional perfect for people who have difficulties staying balanced on the 30 cm roller.

Extended applications

Extending the support surface also extends the areas of applicability of the massage roller. Especially in Pilates and yoga, the conventional Pilates roller can be replaced with the long foam roller. This allows Pilates and yoga exercises to be combined with fascial training.
